    The charge for a permanent member of staff is a percentage of the annual salary offered. The percentage depends on a number of factors including the salary level, the complexity of the search and services required. A huge factor for us is if the search is exclusive or competitive – for exclusive work we can be more flexible with our fee. For contractors or temporary staff, rates are agreed per candidate in advance and details given when CVs are submitted.
